SYS-5-REDUNDANTCLOCK_FAIL: Redundant clock failed
Explanation This message indicates that the redundant (standby) clock has failed. Clock switchover from the primary clock to the standby clock is prevented.
This is more than likely coming from your secondary Supervisor. can you reset this to see if this clears? If not, your supervisor, if in a fault state, might be bad.
Hope this helps,
Don

Do show env all and see the secondary clock is showing failure.. Seems like the secondary clock on the chassis is failing.. There are two clock modules on the chassis and one is totally redundant so you are ok for now till the primary clock fail :)
open up the tac case to get the replacement for the clock.
