Please let me know whether we can view syslogs in some other format other than CSV format.

In RME, csv is the only current way of exporting Syslog

Start FTPD on your box and use an ftp client to download the text files from the system. I belive that by default they should be in /var/log, but you can check your syslog.conf file to find the location. Once you have the text file you can manipulate it any way you want. I find using perl to be the easiest.
