i have make router as PPPOE server ,
and more of 4000 Client is connected find
but sometime the clinet is stuck and can't connected
i open the wifi-router of one of client (he have problem , his user not connect )
and go to log fine in router
i see this message
May 23 04:25:36 pppd: Timeout waiting for PADO packets May 23 04:25:36 pppd: Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery May 23 04:25:52 pppd: Timeout waiting for PADO packets May 23 04:25:52 pppd: Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery May 23 04:26:04 wireless: ath0 New Access Point/Cell address:B4:FB:E4:DE:59:07 May 23 04:26:08 pppd: Timeout waiting for PADO packets May 23 04:26:08 pppd: Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery
many user have same issues , so they turnoff then turn-on they wifi-router , then they user is conneced
note : i make all my client in same VLan (from router to another switch's )
why some client can't PPPoE Discovery or he dealy ? and how to fix this from router side

The below messages indicate that the PPPoE client has sent the initial Discovery message, but failed to receive an offer:
May 23 04:25:36 pppd: Timeout waiting for PADO packets May 23 04:25:36 pppd: Unable to complete PPPoE Discovery
So either there is a bug, probably on the PPPoE client side, or there is something happening at layer 2 (like for example are the links towards your routers configured as portfast), or is there anything else in your environment which could affect the layer 2end-to-end connectivity?
It has to work, if this happens from time to time, take a closer look at your VPLS environment, at the transport network.
