may be Im not clearly understood 'last reset from warm reset' reason? (if it was power failure there must be "Last reset from power-on")

Maxim,
Can you do a "show warm-boot"? If it says warm-boot is enabled, you may want to look at this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_3t/12_3t2/feature/guide/gtwrmrbt.html
The above command will show you if the system has been rebooting due to crashes, etc. This doesn't rule out someone reloaded the switch manually, but it may give you a little more to go on.

I find 3550 with same IOS in office and manually do warm and cold reboot - in both case switch show:
Last reset from warm-reset
