Unable to access FWSM via session slot command

Hello,

I'm running FWSM (stdby) on Cat6500.

I'm unable to access FWSM console via

Router# session slot 3 processor 1

command.

6500#session slot 3 processor 1
The default escape character is Ctrl-^, then x.
You can also type 'exit' at the remote prompt to end the session
Trying 127.0.0.31 ...
% Connection timed out; remote host not responding

I've tried

hw-module module 3 reset cf:1

without any resoult.

Do you have any idea how to access FWSM?
