upgrade of app image from 3.1.1 to 3.3.1

Hi

I am trying to upgrade the Application image of my NAM-2 module to 3.3.1 from 3.1.1.

I have already got sevreal reports running and a database full of data that i have captured in the previous months. I dont want to loose that data. Can anyone tell me if i do a application image upgrade will i loose the report data. If not please tell me what procedures i have to take to save my data. E.g how to backup

No, you won't lose your reports and data as long as you don't use the "--install" option,

The upgrade will not delete old data, unless you use the --install option during the upgrade. You can click on the icon in eah report to save them in csv format as well.
