Hello All,
I was troubleshooting webex slowness issue for a client and we observe the following.
1-When i was sharing my desktop screen, each user BW consumption was 1.5Mbps they provided this info from the windows task manager Network tab the Network become congested and huge drops started to appear, is the Network tab is an accurate method to track live BW consumption per each participant in the meeting is there a better way?
2-what is the natural bw range for webex voice , video, and screen sharing?
3-are there any tips and tricks to improve the webex experience in general?

Hello,
have a look at the link below. In general, a QoS policy for WebEx should help. What is your Internet Edge device?
Either way, make sure UDP port 9000 is open, and configure a QoS policy like the below:
ip access-list extended WEBEX_QOS_ACL
permit udp any eq 9000 any
!
class-map match-any WEBEX_CM
match access-group name WEBEX_QOS_ACL
!
policy-map WEBEX_PM
class WEBEX_CM
set dscp Af42
!
interface GigabitEthernet0/0
description Link to ISP
service-policy input WEBEX_PM
