WIC 2T not showing up

Hi Guys,

I got a 3620 with 2 WIC-2T installed. They are showing up in sh diag, but not in sh controllers. I cant even configure them.

Any ideas?

It might be worth while for you to take a peek at the supported hardware/IOS table in the following document and confirm that it is supported.

The line I think may affect you in this case is as follows.

"The NM-1E2W, NM-1E1R2W, and NM-2E2W Network Modules do not have enough performance power to support the WIC-2T due to hardware limitations."
