2620 and 7206 Router Components & Capacity

I am working on a project for my MBA program for which we are proposing to implement a VPN for Voice and data utilzing 7206 routers at the corporate headquarters and 2620 routers at the regional offices. My questions are 1. What additional software and/or hardware components ( Network Cards, DSU/CSU, firewall software) etc.) are necessary to implement the routers 2.) what is the capacity of each of the routers for voice and/or data channels.
