Hi,

In the event that the customer lost their password and the service password-recovery has been disabled, is there any other way to solve this issue?

Is it safe to remove the RAM battery and put it back? Will there be any adverse effect on the router?

If you have used the 'no service password-recovery' command and have lost your password, you can still gain access to your system. However, you will not be able to restore the configuration on the router.
