About ACS3.0 for Windows Error Message !!

I had received the error message "Radius extension DLL rejected user"

from ACS's Report .And All Acs Client are Cisco AP352 ,use LEAP for Authentication . And ACS use External Database to Windows2k DC domain.

What happen to ACS3.0 ?

Couple of questions: What version of ACS, what build number? Is ACS installed on a domain controller? Are you using active directory? Have you reviewed this field notice?
