ACS authenticacion

Hello, it is possible that an ACS server authenticates with TACACS some clients and RADIUS other clients?

Short answer: yes

But it also depends on the authentication protocol and features that you want to use. Network Access Profiles for example, only support Radius.

Yes ACS supports both Radius and Tacacs+ protocols. It can use both at a same time.
