Hi all,
I currently have a Cisco ASA 5506-X FirePower Firewall here and I am trying to configure the FirePower SFR module and when I attempt to manage the interfaces under Device Management > Interfaces I get the following error message:
Unable to load container (aa3f45d4-d337-11ea-8a98-0cee14583575)
The ASA is running FirePower version 6.2.0. I am unable to update the devices as I am an individual and do not possess a CCO. I am also unable to create a Geolocation or Access Control Policy, which in part I think is due to this Interfaces error. In addition, under access control policy it says status: Access Control Policy out-of-date on device.
