Hi

I going to purchase 2 Firewall  (FPR2110-NGFW-K9) and it will be deployed in ACTIVE/STANDBY mode.

DO i have to purchase a single (TAM)license for both device or 2 license (TAM) for both device  for the Active/standby deployment scenario .

Best Regards

ARIQ

To support failover and high-availability pairs, the primary and secondary platforms both need their own individual subscription licenses. Subscription licenses are not shared between primary and secondary NGFW platforms.

The TAM license type would be for ASA FirePOWER services or old FirePOWER appliance types - not the 2100 series or any other platform running FTD.

The FirePOWER 2100 NGFW runs the FTD image and would need the new license SKUs. Mandatory is "T" (Threat) and you can optionally add "M" (Advanced Malware Protection) and "C" (URL Filtering) - all in 1-, 3- or 5-year terms.

Thank you sir, that was very much helpful.
