Hi,
The CSC-SSM module on one of our 5510s is giving repeated notifications of the following:
GraywarePattern : Pattern Update: Unable to get the pattern information.
Pattern Update: The download file was unsuccessful for ActiveUpdate was unable to create/delete/overwrite files in the destination folder.
Please contact Trend Micro technical support.. The error code is 58.
Is this a job for tech support as stated? Do any of you know how to fix this?

Hi Scott,
There are several bugs that can cause this problem, including CSCtg0692 and CSCtc37947. I would suggest an upgrade to 6.3.1172.3 to get around these issues and that should take care of the problem. Here is the upgrade guide:
