can't ping clients

We have branch offices using a VPN connection to our Home Office. Everything works fine except pings.

I can telnet to outside interface on 1620 series Cisco series Firewall. But can not ping my clients on the LAN. If I then telnet to the inside interface, I still can not ping my clients. They can ping the inside interface.

Any ideas?

Check access-list in the router and firewall.

access-list 100 icmp any any

Not sure what else it needs
