If you have sylog enabled, that event creates an INFORMATIONAL syslog (level 6).
PI 2.1 and earlier only displays levels 0, 1 and 2 by default. (You can change this from the OS level).
In PI 2.2 you will receive and be able to display all syslog message levels by default. You can create (and save) a filter for this message type and show them quickly. You cannot make an automated action to generate an alarm or email etc. as a result of receiving such syslog messages however.
