concentrator 3005 cannot start

When I start concentrator 3005, concentrator get stuck on :

Boot-ROM Initializing... Boot configured 32Mb...

...

Loading image ..........

Verifying image checksum ...........

Active image loaded and verified...

Starting loaded image...

( Nothing more ....)

How do I set 3005 back to factory defaults, or how to fix it?

Get a console connection to the concentrator, and get a session up to the concentrator.

Cold boot the concentrator and then as it is booting up, hit ctrl g on your

keyboard and a recovery menu would be presented to allow you to boot to the

previous image without any config.

after control-g, select option 6, or 2, still cannot boot, what need to do?

After doing a ctrl-g select option 5, toggle image so it would use the last known

good image. If it still doesn't boot, do a ctrl g again and select 6, to ignore config. See how you go, and if nothing works, log a case with TAC for further

troubleshooting.
