I have a server running Mitel software. When CSA 5.2 is running, mitel backups fail. This occurs even with the agent disabled - it works again after its uninstalled. Anybody else have this problem?
You have to disabled agent always. If the Mitel is only to be used as a "backup" for Call Manager, I doubt it will work .Here is following URL will help you:

ebreniz, this has not been a useful reply at all. Please don't post this to up your forum count. The document is about an EOL Cisco Unity software and mentions nothing about Cisco Security Agent.
