CSA 6.01 MC change IP address

Hello,

just some short questions about CSA-MC v6.01 and changing IP address of it.

Is it possible to change (only) IP address of the CSA-MC without interfering CSA agents ?

If so, is there a process/guide what steps to do ?

It should not present a problem to change the MC address and DNS record unless your hosts resolve to an IP address instead of a FQDN.

In that case, you'll need to do something else.

Hi Tom,

well, just changing the IP should not be an issue from logical point of view. But

I heard about problems with agents still using the old MC IP

after changing the IP and asking therefore

getting documents (there should be one) for the process

of changing IP (and if necessary later additionally hostname).
