Hi All,
A client of us has two Cisco ASA 5520 with the "Trend Micro InterScan for Cisco CSC SSM" module.
The ASAs are part of a failover configuration and work fine otherwise.
There are valid base and plus licenses (recently updated).
However, on both ASA's pattern and virus updates have stopped coming in.
First thing I checked was the network/internet connection of the module, but I'm 100% sure it works just fine.
I have even tried using a proxy, and I can see connections being made to: cscssms60.url.trendmicro.com
Anyone got any ideas?
