CTA bundling with CSA

Has anyone had trouble with the bundling of CTA with CSA? My org is running 5.0, v187, and we included CTA 2.0 in our agent kits. Just recently, we noticed that CSA is reporting ALL agents running without CTA. I tried manually installing CTA 2.0 today, and the install worked, but CSA is not recognizing that I have it running.

Has anyone had trouble with this?

Step 1 Perform the "Copying Cisco Trust Agent Installer Files" procedure in the Installing Management Center for Cisco Security Agents guide.
