I've got a problem where I'm adding an ASA5580 as a device to MARS. Unfortunately, it thinks one of the contexts on the device is already in its database, with the same hostname. I've searched and I can find no other devices that share the hostname, so I don't see any conflict.
Any ideas? It's like it has a duplicate entry in its database somewhere but it's invisible to me...

Its quite possible that there is a duplicate entry in the DB. First check the hosts table (mgmt -> ip mgmt -> set view "host", scroll to the bottom and set 10,000 per page - so that you have all "hosts" on the page) and then search for the host name or ip address and see if you can find a duplicate entry. If not it will need to be deleted from the DB using sql. To access the DB requires the expert password which only the tac has access to. So open a ticket and someone can delete the duplicate entry for you.
