There is on one side a 1600 and on the other side a 7200 . We have IP stream on two different port. We want realize a dynamic allocation of bandwidth of 7200 to 1600 (ex 10% for tcp:23 and 90% for tcp:80, if there is no tcp:23 stream then all bandwidth is use by tcp:80 And conversely). What can of QOS could we use for path 1600 to 7200.
