Event Monitor - Trouble Importing V3X Sensor

"PostOffice settings could not be imported - Device Name, IP Address already in use"

I have 14 sensors, all are 4x except four 3x IDSMs. They are 3.0(6)S49, and are HW version 1. The problem I am having is with event monitor. This particular device would show a status of "not connected" under monitor sessions. I rebooted the box, and waited days checking on it occasionally. Never would it change status. I never got alerts from the blade. So I deleted it from event monitor, then tried to import it again. That's when I got the above error message. So I waited a while, rebooted the box and tried again. I still get the same message. Any ideas how to fix this?

Only one IP address can be used by the client / browser to access the server. You must select one IP address as the external address, with which the client will login to the CiscoWorks server.
