Everytime logou & login asking to download & install the agent

Hi,

I have successfully implemented NAC for the wireless (one ssid Employee).Except one problem. Everytime the user logout & login its redirecting to download & install the agent again even the agent is already there. Can anyone pls guide me how avoid this.

Is the user logged in with admin privileges when they install it?

Likewise, perhaps some kind of security software is not allowing the installation to stick after installation and thus wipes it out upon reboot?
