Filtering events on my 4210

I am applying filters directly to my 4210's to limit what I see in Cisco Works MC. After applying the filters I am still receiving the events. Any ideas on what to try?

I am entering the filters at IDS Device Manager-> Configuration-> Sensing Engine-> Alarm Channel Configuration-> Event Filters. I am leaving the "Exception" box unchecked. H

I hope this config has been applied to the sensor. Can you copy and paste the 'service alarm-channel-configuration virtualAlarm ' portion of the Diagnostics file for this sensor?

I did a show config and did not see 'service alarm'. Am I lookin in the right place?
