I'm not sure if this is the correct thread to post this in, hopefully I can be re-directed if not.
My company just received a GSS-4491-K9 from a customer of ours and I was asked to see if I could set it back to factory defaults/password recovery. The only thing I can find online is setting the unit back to factory defaults once I am logged into the CLI but I cannot even get that far. If anyone knows of a true password recovery/factory default settings method, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
