Hello Claudio-
You can accomplish this by creating a rule that blocks that application:
In your access policy:
1. Add Rule
2. Select the appropriate zones,Networks, etc
3. Click on the "Applications" tab and under "Available Applications" search for ulgrasmurf
4. For "Action" select Block or Block with reset
