How to change name duplicate in id cisco

Hi All

I entered the wrong name so there was duplicate name

example :

first name : andi saputra

last name : andi saputra

so for my certificate have duplicate name andi saputra andi saputra

how to fix the name so that there are no more duplicates. so that there will be no duplicate name in the certificate at the future test
