How to configure routers to make the IPsec connection always on ?

hi,

There are routers and cisco vpn clients and they connect with ipsec. How to configure to make the connect always on until VPN client shut down ?

Try the following URL for examples of configuring IPSEC in routers -

You should not have to configure anything special for the VPN connection to stay up.
