How to reset 501 PIX to factory default settings

Anyone here can help me about 501 PIX? Ive been trying to reset the PIX using CLI and PDM, but still nothings happen.

Can you give an example config of PIX 501 that connected in DSL modem (for internet connection ). Honestly speaking, this is the first time that i configured cisco PIX. But i handled cisco router

Heres the scenario

ISP PROVIDED:

DNS: 210.23.234.33

210.23.234.65

GATEWAY:210.23.197.161

IP ADDRESS THAT CAN BE USED IN OUSIDE INT: 210.23.197.162 (PIX 501)

IP ADD OF INSIDE INT: (PRIVATE IP)
