When will version 3.1 software will be available for the WS-X6381 IDSM blade?

Good question.
The Sensor IDS is Solaris 8 based and the IDSM is embedded NT based and has different development teams. The rule of thumb seems to be that things happen for the appliance first and then a month or two later for the IDSM blade.

I think you making the time frame too close together. It seems, more like 6-8 months, or when the new threat has passed.
