IDS v4.0 with CSPM 2.3.3i

Hello,

I have a question to make, my IDS sensors have version 3.1(3) and I use for management and monitoring console the CSPM2.3.3 i.Can I upgrade my IDS sensors to version 4.0 and still using the CSPM or I must use the IDS MC?

Hi,

IDS MC must be used to manage and monitor the 4.0 sensor.

CSPM is not supported for 4.0.

Other options that 4.0 delivers is a full-blown CLI and v 4 of the embedded device manager (IDM/IEV).

What do we need to do to upgrade to IDS MC? Is it a free upgrade or do we need to purchase it separately?
