Im looking for specific information regarding performance numbers for ISA 3000, Im talking about NGFW throughput with IMIX packet size for example.

In adition, could you please corroborate if the power supply PWR-IE50W-AC= actually support IEC 61850?

ISA3000 with NGFW features enabled will have throughput of around 500Mbps with IMIX Traffic profile.

YES, PWR-IE50W-AC= is certified for IEC 61850-3 which allows it to be deployed in Electric Substations.
