Hi,
I'm going to transport some vlans through a L2TPv3 tunnel, but I'm using a pair of Catalyst 6500 with MSFC2 and it seems that isn't supported yet. Is there another similar way to do that? I don't like to use bridging over GRE.

As far as I know, there is no other way other than Bridging over GRE.
