I need to be able to pull logs from a Windows 2003 Server that is part of a domain with NTLM Version 2 only turned on. How do i get MARS to support that?

MARS does not support NTLM version 2 as of now.
I would suggest that you contact your Cisco account team for the enhancement/feature request if you require MARS to support NTLM version 2.
