My PC has not ASDM software after install

My Cisco ASA version is 9.2(2)4 , ASDM version is 7.2(2), PC is Win 10, and install Java SE 13.0.1 .
I can use http connect ASA to download ASDM launcher(dm-launcher.msi). But after install ASDM, there is not ASDM launcher in my PC.
This is my directory(default):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\ASDM
and these files:
demo(empty directory)
asdm-launcher.jar
asdm-launcher.scpt
asdm-launcher.sh
jploader.jar
lzma.jar
retroweaver-rt-2.0.jar

There is only 1 file missing here that run.bat, which launches the ASDM:

here is my run.bat file. you can create one and test it. ( or you uninstall and install and test).
