NAC Agent UI not showing on user and user not coming onto NAC

Hi

I am experencing a strange thing in my NAC deployment . I have deployed  OOB L2 VGW  .Now the problem is arising on some of my client PC's for the first time when Nac agent is  installed the PC's go through every NAC process correctly but after few days the NAC agent UI was not displyed on the client machines and neither i can see that user in Temporary role on NAC .I have attached the Client discovery pic which shows my user is being seen by NAC but i think NAC cannot somehow see its complete info like IP address e.t.c. .further i have also attached LOGs from NAC agent ,i have gone through all of them but could not find anything ..does any body have a clue. ??

Hi Waqas,

Do these users still show under Online Users > OOB users?  Does the agent still show in the taskbar on those users?

Dear Lauren,

Yep the agent is still on the Taskbar but the users are not shown Under OOB..
