Package VPN Client

I customized the VPN client using MSI, ver 4.0. I put the the VPN client executable file, PNG files, oem.ini files in one directory. How do you package the VPN client using MSI to make it one executable file to distribute it to the user? I plan to put the executable file on the web server. Is it possible to put a password so that only authorized users can access it?

I think that the vpn client can be downloaded only as a package and not as an executable file.
