Does The PIX 515 Support Application Proxy such as HTTP, SMTP, etc.?

The PIX firewall is not a Application proxy server, but has a number of features that allows you to control your HTTP and SMTP traffic. For SMTP it is the mailguard feature and for HTTP it is the url filtering capability (with third-party products).

Yes, the PIX has a number of application proxies. See the "fixup" commands in the product documentation.
