Running SolarWinds TFTP server on a Win2003 server. Gave access to everyone to the TFTP-Root folder.
Pix515e Firewall Version 6.3(1)
PDM Version 3.0(1)
I can ping the server from the PIx, and the server can ping the PIX.
When I issue the "write net" command the following error reports.
#write net 192.168.5.23 : pix515.cfg
Building configuration...
TFTP write 'TFTP-Root/pix515.cfg' at 192.168.5.23 on interface 1
TFTP Error: File Open Error 3
[FAILED]
Any ideas

RESOLVED......
Not sure why, but 3COM's TFTP server worked like a charm, right from start.

According to RFC 1350 the error code of 3 indicates Disk Full or Allocation exceeded.
Check the disk and folder where you were attempting to write.

Rick,
That is correct, I found that also. interesting that the 3com s/w worked without any changes to the same directory. I appreciate the headsup.
