I have just taken the security re-cert and have a question about a question ;-)
In theory crypto acces lists have to match to make the proposal work. In practice if one end is "smaller" than the other the proposal will succeed from that side, agreed?
My problem is with the re-cert exam, there is a question that shows unmatched access list. One of the answers is encrytion will not work, but there is also a "none of the above" option.
What are Cisco looking for here ?

Hmmmm Did you ask Cisco ccie@ucsa@cisco.com about the question? You can also put comments on the exam about questions you didnt understand. I dont think they will tell you the answer but they can at least review the question to be sure Its fair. Let me know what you find out.
