"static(inside,outside)" configuration is not working

Hello, I have two customers with the same problem:

One static address running in the Pix are not working, nevertheless other static is working. If I change the ip address for another in the pull or add to the PAT the PC working fine on Internet.

I upgrade the IOS from 6.3 to 6.4 and not fix anything. The peculiar is this happen in two differents sites with the two differents PIX, because I was thinking that the problem could be the IOS, but.......

We need a little more information. Can you please post the relevant parts of your configuration (statics, nat, global) for us to take a look at them?
