We have some Cisco 891W Routers with that have Cisco Virtual Office (CVO) on them. We need to delete it.
Resetting the routers does not remove this. We are not sure what this is exactly, but notice that when you type in the username and password the hostname is "yourname" and it will not allow us to copy any tftp files to it.
Does anyone have instructions on how to remove CVO from a Cisco 891W?
