Reviewing Accounting Logs

I am looking for a program to parse through ACS accounting logs and do some reporting. Any ideas?

Cisco Secure ACS does not provide any billing system, it just logs the start and stop records for the users.

RADIUS/OSS Servers OSS servers interface with Cisco GW and GK components via AAA RADIUS VSAs (vendor-specific attributes), and are required elements of the wholesale network. Current examples include Cisco Secure and billing platforms such as those provided by Cisco Ecosystem Partners MIND/CTI (http://www.mindcti.com)

Actually, I want to use it as more of a security audit tool. Looking for someone continually trying to login or for tracking ACS administrator activities.
