When I issue a "sho crypto isakmp sa" command on my PIX, ti gives me 5 colums: dst, src, state, pending, created.

What does the value shown in the created column represent? is it the number of tunnels, the number of connections thru a tunnel...?

thx

It's the number of tunnels created. I don't think I've ever seen this show anything but "1".

I only have two tunnels created between each customer. Yesterday i was witnessing the values in the created column, it reached as high as 8 at some points during the day. I do not have 8 tunnels created....thus the question I posted...

If the ACLs for crypto maps have port numbers in them, they will create multiple tunnels, IIRC. What do your crypto ACLs look like?

My ACL's do not even go to port level...

they simply have the network statements in them...
