Trying to use Nac with Windows 7

I´m having problems when i try to manage a machine with nac agent and

windows 7. When a user log in, he comes into the quarentine vlan and can´t get out.

What version of agent and CAM/CAS are you running?  Are you using Nessus scanning with these clients?

Agent 4.7.2.10

We do not use Nessus ......
