(1) We are unable to view the web management portal of ptz ip camera 6930 under the ip address window to be able to change to static IP setting. 
(2) We are also having problem in trying to upgrade firmware version from v1.2.2 to neither 1.4.2 nor 2.0.2. It's just stuck initiating firmware at 0% for very long which seemed to be abnormal.
