We are using cisco 1841 routers with IOS advance security and PIX 525 firewall.Can I do URL filtering and Download restriction using these cisco device? Please help me.

The only vendor that Cisco really supports is Websense. I believe you'll need the firewall feature set in order to do it in the routers.
